We ship all orders from our warehouse in Germany during business days with Free Expedited Shipping (5-10 business days depending on your location and how fast it is processed by customs).

We will supply you with a tracking number as soon as it has shipped from our warehouse and is made available to our team from the carrier.

Please note: We cannot control the speed of shipments, so please plan your orders well in advance of running out of formula, or order from our US site to have enough formula until your wholesale order arrives. The shipping times quoted above are provided to us by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.


Even though we take great measure to securely pack each shipment, your box may sustain some slight damage during transit. As long as the inside pouch is sealed then slight dents on the outer cardboard box will have no impact on the formula inside. We cannot replace boxes that are simply dented or damaged with no damage to the inside. If your box has an exceptional amount of damage, please contact us.

Although rare, if your shipment gets delayed in customs, the fastest way to clear it is for you to speak with customs and inform them that you are aware of the shipment and that it is for personal use, and that you understand that the labels are in German.

Please Note: We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once the shipment has been delivered. If you have not received your shipment in more than 4 weeks, it is your responsibility to either contact us or the shipping carrier, as there could be a delay or an issue with the address which needs to be solved. If you do not contact us to notify us that the shipment has been delayed, and the shipment is subsequently returned to our warehouse, we will subtract our shipping costs and handling from your refund/credit. You must provide an accurate phone number with your order. If you select the option to waive the signature requirement upon delivery, you are responsible for ensuring that the shipment is left in a secure location to avoid theft or damage.

Canada: We also ship to Canada, which typically takes roughly the same amount of time as to the USA, but can be up to 10 business days for standard shipping. It is your responsibility to speak to local customs agencies if required, and we will not be responsible for any VAT or added customs fees imposed by authorities.
