01 · ORIGIN & DISPATCH

Shipping from Germany

Orders are packed for international dispatch from our operation in Germany. The shipping services available for your address, together with any applicable charge, are shown during checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier operations, local delivery networks or customs processing can occasionally cause delays. Please reorder with sufficient formula remaining instead of relying on a final delivery date.

02 · TRACKING

Follow the shipment after dispatch

When the carrier accepts the parcel and tracking becomes available, Shopify sends the tracking information to the email address used for the order. Tracking can take a short time to show its first scan.

If tracking remains unchanged for an unusual period, contact us with the order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

03 · INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs, duties and destination rules

International parcels may be inspected by the destination country. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

The customer is responsible for confirming that the product can be imported and used at the destination. If a carrier or customs authority requests information, respond promptly and contact our team if supporting order documentation is required.

04 · ORDER ASSURANCE

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

If the inner formula pouch is compromised, an item is incorrect or a product is missing, do not use the affected product. Contact info@organicbabyfoodwholesale.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and affected items.

Minor marks or dents to an outer cardboard box do not automatically mean the sealed inner pouch is compromised. Each claim is reviewed from the evidence provided and handled according to our Order Assurance & Returns policy.
