What if customs contacts me?

If they contact you, the fastest way to resolve inquiries is typically to inform them that the package contains baby formula intended for **personal use** and confirm you are aware the packaging labels are in German (while English instructions are available on our website). Please cooperate fully with their requests.

Is the formula irradiated by customs?

No. We specifically instruct carriers and provide documentation stating that our formula shipments should not undergo irradiation treatment during customs processing.

Package Issues (Damage, Loss, Theft)

What if my box arrives damaged?

We take care to pack shipments securely. However, minor cosmetic damage to the outer cardboard box (like small dents or creases) can sometimes occur during international transit. As long as the inner foil pouch containing the formula powder is completely sealed and undamaged, the formula is safe to use. **We cannot offer replacements or refunds for minor cosmetic damage to the outer box only.** If a box arrives with significant damage where the inner pouch itself is compromised, please contact us immediately at support@theorganic.business with photos of the damage.

What if my package is lost or stolen after delivery?

Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery via tracking, we are unfortunately no longer responsible for the package. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address. If you choose to waive the signature requirement (where available), you accept responsibility for the package's safety after it is left at your location.

What if my package seems lost in transit?

If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period or your package hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimate (e.g., 2 weeks after shipment), please contact both the shipping carrier and our customer service at support@theorganic.business so we can investigate potential issues like address problems or transit delays.

If a shipment is returned to our warehouse because it was refused by you, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect/undeliverable address provided, any refund or credit issued will have the original shipping costs and any return handling fees deducted.
