Due to the sensitive nature of baby formula and for critical safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any formula products, even if the outer box remains unopened.

While we cannot accept general returns, we absolutely want to correct any errors on our part or significant issues arising from transit.
If you receive an item where the inner formula pouch is damaged/compromised, or if you receive an incorrect item that you did not order, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your order).
